Ewashko Singers currently has a need for all voice types, especially bass. Experienced choral singers with strong sight reading skills are encouraged to reach out via our contact form. Please mention your voice type and describe your musical background in your inquiry. You will then be invited to submit, by email, an audio recording of two contrasting pieces which best display your vocal abilities.
Ewashko Singers has both regular members (30-40 singers) who commit to the entire season, as well as an extensive contact list of occasional singers to maintain flexibility in chorus size for National Arts Centre engagements, symphonic repertoire, etc.
Admission is at the discretion of the artistic director. In addition to the formal audition process, other pathways to membership are possible, for example: admission to the occasional singers list, followed by an invitation for regular membership at a later date.
