Ewashko Singers currently keeps its regular membership size around 30-40 singers for a balanced SATB sound. Additionally, we have a contact list of occasional singers for when we need a larger chorus for certain repertoire.
We are currently considering growing our regular membership to 50 or so singers, to better accommodate members' per-concert availability, while still being able to provide a large chorus when needed.
Experienced choral singers with strong sight reading skills are encouraged to reach out via our contact form. Please mention your voice type and describe your musical background in your inquiry.
Admission is at the discretion of the artistic director, by audition (sending a recording and/or observing a rehearsal) or by invitation. Some candidates may be admitted as occasional singers at first, on a trial basis, and later considered for invitation as regular members.
