Joanna Estelle: Transmutation
Joanna Estelle's album Transmutation features Ewashko Singers performing Songs from the Heavens, 11 sacred pieces for the Ukrainian Catholic liturgy. Artistic Director, Laurence Ewashko, is joined by soloists Grayson Nesbitt, Oleksii Fishchuk and Irina Medvedeva. The album also features recordings by Trio Casals, and cellist Ovidiu Marinescu with the London Symphony Orchestra.
Joanna Estelle was awarded the Gold Medal for Best of Show for her album Transmutation in the Global Music Awards categories contemporary classical and composer in December 2023.
One of the pieces in Songs from the Heavens (Svyatyj Bozhe) was also awarded a Silver Medal for Outstanding Achievement in the classical category in September 2023.

New Worlds
Released in March 2017, this JUNO- Winning CD on the Analekta label features Ana Sokolovic's enchanting composition, "Golden slumbers kiss your eyes", set for counter-tenor, chorus and orchestra. Commissioned by the NAC Orchestra in honour of its founding conductor, Mario Bernardi.
Analekta, the National Arts Centre's record company partner, has created some Spotify and Apple Music playlists for some of their principal artists, including NACO’s. Golden slumbers kiss your eyes is featured on both playlists, with two movements – II. Golden slumbers kiss your eyes, and III. Mie mama mata mata/Lazarice. You can find the links here:
